Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My original hard drive is not popping up in my list so I have to use a different drive with no space and I can’t download files or updates because it’s “missing requirements”. I need help to see if I came obtain my hard drive or if I need a new one. But my computer isn’t even over 2 years old yet.

You have a very sophisticated computer there. There are two slots for M.2 SSD modules. There is no "hard drive" in the old sense of a mechanical spinning thing. So it appears your main boot drive holding Windows is still OK and your secondary storage drive has disappeared. See the Service manual here:

You need to open disk management and see if two drives are actually present.
