First i got blue screen errors.. getting the stop code- Unexpected_store_exception and after that  critical_process_died and now i get a black screen saying hard disk/drive error And when I used hp system fast test i got Hard drive not installed and for the extensive test all of hard drive stuff not installed. Please let me know what to do asap or if i should consult a pro.

@Devanshi7998 If both the short and extensive hardware test determine that the hard drive is not installed, it's mostly because it's internally not connected properly or its malfunctioning,

I suggest you remove and reconnect the hard drive using the steps mentioned in the service and maintenance guide on HP website.

 

If you aren't able to find it, please share the below information and I'll get it for you:
