My laptop was working really slowly all of sudden. Programs took longer than 10 secs to respond or didnt respond at all most of the time. I thought this was a virus so i ran scans with mcafee and malwarebytes and they came up clean. I decided to do a factory reset (i didnt backup because i dont have any unique files and could redownload anything i had) everything reset normally until the installation of windows which gave an error saying "windows set up is not compatible with this hardware" i managed to run a system diagnostic and came up with this Hard drive short dst failure: QAPTPD-801N5-XD7WLK-60QJ03 all i need to know is what this failure code means and what should I do about it. Im already thinking ill need a hard drive replacement?
