Hard drive smart check Fail / Component test Fail

When my computer turns on it’s tells me that me smart hard drive has imminent failure , i ran diagnostics and it gives me failure ID 9BRVBW-7HXA1H-MFPWMG-60C403 and says component test fail , how do i fix and what is the problem ?

Hi:

The error code reported, Hard Disk 1 SMART Hard Drive Detects Imminent Failure, means the hard drive is about to fail, or has failed, needs to be replaced, and the operating system reinstalled.

If you can still get into Windows back up any files you need to save onto a portable hard drive.

Then replace the hard drive.
