Hi all. I have a problem with my laptop, you can see it on the screen. What should I do? Can I fix it myself? Because I work remotely, I can’t leave it at the service center:(

Hi:

 

Your PC's 256 GB NVMe SSD has failed, needs to be replaced and the operating system reinstalled.

 

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the NVMe SSD removal and replacement procedure.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide HP Pavilion Gaming 15 Laptop PC

 

Suggested replacements would be either a Samsun 980 (not 980 Pro) or the Western Digital Blue SN570.

 

You can install a larger capacity NVMe SSD if you want such as a 500 GB or 1 TB one.

 

Since your notebook came with FreeDOS you will need to supply your own Windows product key to reinstall W10.
