Did you go to the Hardware Diagnostic in F2?
Please try these steps
1. Boot into the UEFI diagnostics F2 by tapping the F2 upon restarting
2. From top to down - the Language option is the fifth (5th) - select it. The last option should be Exit
3. On the next screen - English language should be the one on top after selecting the 5th Option
4. Select English
Let me know how it goes 😊

Unfortunately it doesn't work still have Arabic (I think!)
HP laptops are driving me insane atm, battery not charging, wrong language and other one is only booting in manufacturer mode don't even know where to start with that one! There's a lesson to be learnt here when buying a laptop!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
