HP Laptop 15-da0077TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi HP Community Forum,

Recently my laptop is running slowly so I checked the Task Manager and it showed my Disk would go 100% .

So I ran HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI --> selected Harddisk check and it gives foll  details:

Testing Drive: 1

SMART Check : PASSED

Long DST : Failed

Failure ID: U4HH4W-0009PD-XD7W3F-61FL03

IMG-20190825-WA0001.jpg

I had gone through similar threads and in most of them it is suggested to replace the harddisk.

I also check the warranty status of my laptop and it is still within the warranty period.

Details of my laptop:

Model: HP Laptop 15-da0077TX

Product ID:4TT02PA#ACJ

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Regards,
Sagar Patankar(Ray9943)

Hi:

Contact HP support in your country and submit a support request under the warranty to have the hard drive replaced and the operating system reinstalled.

That's what the code is indicating needs to be done.
