Hello! I ran the HP Hardware Diagnostics tool and it returned an error code. The error was in the Long Drive Self-Test.
Can anyone tell me what this means or what to do with it? There is zero help in the official support channels for this.

You're very welcome.
You didn't mention the drive appeared to be working fine.
Normally when folks report a short or long drive test failure, they can't get into Windows.
If the drive is working fine, it could be a false report.
However, just to be safe, I recommend that you back up any files you don't want to lose onto a portable hard drive, just in case.
Then you can continue to use the drive.
Either the error will go away, or the drive may fail and at that time you would need to replace it.

Hi:
Below is the failure report generated by the code you posted, minus your notebook's serial number.
0LPWXA-8PVAT0-XD7UQJ-61AS03 | OK | 0000000000 | 12/18/21 | 305 | Storage | Floppy Drive, Hard Drive, Memory Drive, Optical Drive, SCSI, Tape Drive | Hard Disk 1 Full Test Failure |
You will need to install a new hard drive, and reinstall the operating system.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
You may want to consider replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).
After you replace the drive, you can use the HP cloud recovery tool on another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook on the new drive.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...
