Product: HP EliteBook 830 G8 Notebook PC IDS Base Model

I have a Hp Elite Book which is consistently offering us a blue screen with a stop error - Hardware Fault - corrupted page. Then it shuts down. My local IT support cannot fix and have suggested conatcting HP Support under warranty. Trying to get hold of an actual human being is impossible. I first reported the case in November and no one has been in touch.
