I had Bluetooth.  Looking for a driver that is compatible with windows version.

I do not even have Bluetooth on/off

The notebook did not come with built in Bluetooth networking or that feature would have been included with the 802.11b/g/n (1x1) wireless connectivity specification.

 

Below is the link to the parts list for your notebook.

 

HP PartSurfer

 

According to the parts list it comes with a Realtek RTL8188EE-VJ 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi adapter.

 

That adapter is a single band, non-Bluetooth Wi-Fi adapter.
