@Moonchick97 -- Hardware disk not inserted

 

It could be as simple as your computer's disk-drive not firmly connected to a cable, or properly seated in its socket, or otherwise a non-connected "power" and/or "data" cable.

 

It could be a "failed" disk-drive.

 

Had the computer previously been working, to imply that this is a "new" fault?

 

If you purchased the HP computer within the last 12 months, contact HP Support, to open a claim against the HP Warranty, to get it repaired/replaced, at HP's expense.
