My laptop has a hardware malfunction. It was unable to connect to wifi due to a certain network adapter. I had to physically connect it to ethernet to be able to uninstall and restart my computer to re-download it. A friend I have in IT suggested that I contact HP if it happened again. A few weeks ago I experienced the same problem. My friend told me to send the laptop to you for a repair or refund as it's a problem with the physical hardware and that I shouldn't have a problem with my expired warranty as it's a physical problem. Thank you.
