Windows 10 automatically installs the Bluetooth driver for that model WiFi adapter. 

 

Drivers cannot install because the device is not showing up in the device manager.

Yes, but it has to be the same HP part number.

 

The BIOS has a whitelist that would reject any unsupported Wifi or Bluetooth adapter not listed in the service manual from working.

I am very surprised the Bluetooth module failed in the first place.
