Product: pavilion power 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

out of the 8gb ram in my pavilion power 15-EC0013, only 5.9 gigs is usable and the rest of the memory is classified as hardware reserved. This is making the PC feel sluggish.

Is your unit an HP 15-ec0013dx, specifications listed here.

You can add another matching ram module, shown here. 

The part number is listed., as 862398-855,  Google is your friend.
