hp pavilion gaming 15 ec0044ur
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good day, I bought a laptop of the hp pavilion gaming 15 ec0044ur model.
It has 8.00 GB of RAM of which only 5.9 GB is available.
I need to change the amount of memory occupied by the hardware. When the amount of RAM runs out in the 5.9 GB range from Free Zone 2.1, no memory is taken.
How do I additionally access advanced in BIOS to change it, I know what I am doing and I am really running out of memory on my laptop.
I would not like to resort to third-party BIOS firmware.
I hope for your understanding and responsiveness to customers.

Hi@Gollandec, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

That is a known issue that is related to AMD processors. Please check the following article:.

And from Microsoft PlayReady.

I understand that you're unable to update the BIOS  HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0044ur and it needs to download one by one and needs to restart the computer to make sure the Adapter or Charger needs to be connected,
