What model Wi-Fi card does your notebook have now?
The parts list seems to indicate that notebooks in that model series have a Realtek RTL8852BE 1 x 1 Wi-Fi 6 adapter and that only uses one antenna wire, and a better card would require two antenna wires.
You'd have to order the dual antenna kit listed in chapter 3 of the service manual, completely disassemble your notebook including the display panel to install the only other supported card in the model series which is the Realtek Wi-Fi 6 RTL8852BE + Bluetooth 5.2 the 2 x 2 version of the card your notebook has now.
That card has HP part # M91238-005
If your notebook has a 256 GB NVMe SSD you can remove that one and install one having a larger storage capacity.
