I don't read or speak Portugese.
I suggest running a system test.
Is your hard disk almost full or within 10% of its maximum capacity?
That will cause the test to not complete simply because there is not enough hard disk space for Windows OS virtual memory.
You will need to use a translation program to answer me in English. Google translate will do.
I read Spanish, so what you wrote in your post before was close enough to Spanish to be understandable to me.
The requirement of posts in English is so everyone can understand the posts.
