Hello, I have a question for my laptop is it possible to change my hdd for an ssd and also, can I take out the ram that comes with the computer and put my own?

You can replace the existing mechanical hard drive with a 2.5 inch SATA SSD but you also have an slot to add an M.2 gumstick type SSD and keep the hard drive. This is what the laptop looks like with rear cover removed.

Your laptop has one 4 gig memory module and an open slot. Its DDR4-2400 but since it is an AMD A6 series processor the memory can only run at 1866 mhz and you cannot make that any faster. It will take up to 2 x 8 gigs of memory for 16 total and to do that you would have to remove the factory memory.
