Tengo una laptop Hp 14-fq1074nr y le quiero actualizar la cantodad de ram viene con una de 8gb ddr4(3200) y le compre otra compatible, cuando le monto la ram nueva para tener 16gb. Cuando entro al bios me dice que la cantidad de ram es 8g despues de haber montado la otra ram y cuando inicio el sistema y ejecuto el aida me dice que tengo 16gb de ram instalado y en dual channel que puede estar pasando, de antemano gracias a cualquiera que pueda orientarme
