Pavillion DV9500,DV9600,DV9700,DV9800,DV9900

I would suggest you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

Or you can contact the local service center for repair.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Hi Praveen196,

contacting the HP support as described from you, does not work:

Selecting the "DVD UJ-861H 445957-1CO " or a Pavillion DV 9500 up to DV 9900 Notebook via http://www.hp.com/contacthp/   doesn't work, because after 10 years all content regarding this product is removed from the HP support website. The DVD drive is from 2007.

Could you please recheck, if there is annother possibilty to get then specifications of the ancient DVD UJ-861H [445957-1CO]
