HP USB-C Travel Power Adapter 65W

I got an HP Spectre x13 not even a year ago and went to travel last week, used the easily portable travel adapter and the duck head just fell apart ???? What gives? Has anyone been able to get a replacement duck head? I would LOVE to AVOID buying a whole new charger as they would cost me $70.. I just need the duck head 😞

The duck head that broke says (below) on it:

E342494

MAX 2.5A 125V~

LA-007-UL

LONGWELL

No luck on amazon, they sent me one that doesnt even fit my charger. Tried ebay and they have a several listings but the listings seem to contain the same product that happens to not be the same as the one I am looking for. (LA-006-UL)

Hello @kangseulgi,

Is this how it looks like?

This is actually the AC adapter included with my laptop and while I recommend original replacements for HP products, it's usually very hard to actually find replacement parts for chargers that are purchased separately so I can provide you with the HP Spare Part number for this if it is in fact identical in appearance.

This is the info:

You can then use the HP Spare part number(s) in the HP Parts store hereYou may also be able to find it elsewhere on the Internet.

There's also white if you want... 😄

Hopefully this works.

*Edit* Just found that it has exactly the same words/numbers that you listed. You should be all good to go with those spare part numbers.

Best regards,

Eddy
