Have you read the document ? This should be standard on all machines otherwise it should say optional. This feature is mentioned again on item 6:

 

   Never forget your password with your choice of simple authentication methods, including the IR camera for face
recognition and Touch Fingerprint Sensor compatible with Windows Hello
