I bought my laptop 2 years ago .It is a HP 17 By 3063st.  About a year ago the cover started loosening up, but now it has completely fallen aprt at teh hinges causing part of the case to break. This is NOT supposed to happen!!!  What the hell is HP going to do about it? Are they giving us FREE repair of a replacemenrt computer. WE should NOT have to pay for this repair!!!!! step up

I understand you are facing a hardware issue with your HP Laptop - 17-by3063st. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

The PC needs to be sent to HP Service Centre to get it repaired,  I'm sending out a private message to assist you with the next course of action. 

 

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it or simply click on this link.
