HP 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Work on a lot of HP business computers and laptops and try to stay away from consumer stuff. This is one of those times I should have listened to myself. So anyways got a HP 15 touchscreen dropped of to me the other day and all I was told was that it wouldn't do anything. They bought a new battery and charger but all it does is have a white light pop on at charging port and no boot or LCD at all. There are no warning beeps etc., so I have read what little i could find on this and tried popping out the cmos and draining all power but still nothing? So is this mobo dead or is there something I'm missing here? ANY help would be much appreciated!! Thank You!
