Upgrading is replacing. You take off the old processor and put on a new one. This is what you have in your mind to do and what I am telling you is it is a non-starter. The processor is soldered on. You can't remove the old one, so you can't put on a different one. And you are asking about replacing a laptop processor with desktop processors. This is just not a project that is ever going to happen. Sorry I hate to be the bearer but you asked, right?

The processor is not upgradeable. It is soldered onto the motherboard. You can upgrade the memory to 8 gigs or you could even go to 16 gigs.

Here's the Service Manual:

Manual

See pp. 2-3. You can use either the Hynix or Samsung memory chips you ask about in your post. Upgrading to 8 gigs will make the laptop work faster generally but will have a negligible effect on gaming. There just isn't any way to upgrade a mid-level standard consumer laptop to make it ideal for high end gaming and the major impediment is the graphics. That is also soldered to the motherboard.

Post back with any more questions and please accept as solution if its the info you needed.

Thanks You so much Huffer. I'm not a technician so that's why I was asking. Thanks for help

Huffer is therefore anything I can do to it a gaming laptop

Not to play the kinds of titles you are asking about. Laptops that will handle those kinds of games cost well over $1000 and closer to $2000. HP Omens are an example.

You mean metro exodus is a that much high end game . What about adding or replacing the graphic card

HP Recommended

Metro Exodus takes at least a Geforce 670 or a 1050Ti which you are only going to find in a true gaming laptop, albeit the low end of gaming laptops. The entry point Omens will have a Geforce 1050. To get the recommended hardware, a Geforce 1070, you need a high end gaming laptop.

Again, there is no video card. It is a chip soldered to the motherboard or, in your case it is actually embedded in the processor (called an APU not a CPU) so there is no way to have anything better or different than what you have.

Hello Huffer can I ask a question? Can we run metro exodus in desktops. If yes then please suggest that these CPU and graphic cards are enough to run it on minimum settings.

CPU - Zebronics - Intel (i5 3.2ghz Desktop pc / 8GB Ram / 500GB Hard Disk/WiFi) I will add 4gb ram more to make smooth gaming experience.

Graphic card- Zotac Nvidia GT 1030 2GB GDDR5 64-Bit DVI-D HDMI Retail Graphic

Please tell me is it enough to run metro exodus in desktop.
