So in a few words, my headphones sound off, and the bass if hollow. They sound fine when plugged into my phone, and my laptops on board speakers sound fine too. I having a sneaking suspicion it has to do with Realtek Audio. Anyway to fix it?

Edit: The headphones are Astros and Beats. Both have the issue when plugged into my laptop.

Please do a clean install Audio softeware/driver, this should help.

(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,

         https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp93001-93500/sp93151.exe

(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall Realtek sound driver and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.

Regards.

I discovered something last night. Apparently, my beats sound fine when using Bluetooth. Idk if thats important but I'd thought I'd mention it.
