My laptop started overheating so i checked it with service center of hp in okhla. They serviced the laptop clear all the ventilation and fan but after that problem is not resolved so i visited the technician he told me that there is a problem with graphic card you need to replace the motherboard, and when i was in service center the person also told me that if the problem is not resolved then you need to replace the motherboard. I don't know what to do. Someone please help and if possible contact me on [Personal Information Removed]. Your help is much needed.

The technician obviously had his hands on the laptop and says it needs a new motherboard. There is no way for any of us to agree or disagree. We can help you find a new motherboard if you wish but usually the cost of a motherboard and labor is close enough to the price of a new laptop that very few people replace motherboards.
