I got my laptop in Nov 2017 and the fan has always been a little noisy. Recently, it started making loud pulsing noise, so I opened it up and found the fan pulsing as soon as I turned the laptop on (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t_cOQXW9OBU). I briefly searched the part online and only found it at HP for $77 which is not cheap. Any suggestions to repair the fan or for substitiute parts are appreciated! Thank you.
The part number is 936276-001

@seemimi I appreciate the video and here's what I suggest to resolve the issue:
- Updating your Notebook computer BIOS
- Keeping notebook air vents clear and clean
- Increasing the efficiency of the notebook to reduce heat
- Using Windows Task Manager to identify corrupt processes
- Selecting power save settings to shut off your computer when it is not in use
