HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0xxx

Hello, during the game the charging turns off, what is the reason for this?

This is a known problem that happens to many OEM laptops, not just HP, and could be called a feature.

The laptop is pulling all the power from the adapter and there is insufficient power to charge the battery.

You can overheat the laptop and shorten its lifespan if the battery has to be charged during game play.

How can I fix this so that everything charges normally?

HP Recommended

It's not broken. This is normal. The laptop needs all the power provided by the adapter to run itself and play the game. When you close the game the laptop will charge normally again. The only thing that might help is to turn down brightness on the screen or play the game on an external monitor and close the laptop lid to shut off the built-in screen.

HP Recommended

play a game on an external monitor and close the laptop lid to turn off the built-in screen
How to do this? Reducing the brightness no longer helps

HP Recommended

Connect an external monitor from the HDMI port or the USB-C port. Change power properties to where the "when I close the lid" is set to "do nothing". Then set the video to show on the external monitor.

Hello, I have a problem: I went on vacation, left my laptop at home, upon arrival it started freezing, reinstalling Windows did not help, what is the reason? I left everything was fine

HP Recommended

Run a full diagnostic test. Tap esc as you power up, F2 for diagnostics. Test everything. Freezing could be caused by several different things.
