Help! I've tried to connect a second monitor to my laptop. While trying to work out how to connect, I clicked 'second display only' in settings. As the laptop can't detect the second display, I now can't see anything( !?!)

I've tried turning laptop off in the hope it would not save and reset, but no joy - still a blank screen. Any ideas?
