I need help buying a battery for the HP Envy x360. How do i talk to a real person and order the correct battery?

There are hundreds of models/products called HP Envy x360 machines. What is yours ? Please use the following way to find out model/product of your machine

It uses  4-cell, 55.67 Wh Li-ion battery part #  844204-855 which is N/A from HP now
