Need Help identifying PU4407/PU4406 components. from a Pavillion x360 m Convertible 14m-ba-114dx. motherboard. Can I buy these components or motherboard replacements from You? Thanks for your help

It is a shame that the identifiers on the chip are so out of focus.
You can't buy them from HP.
I usually source my replacement chips from eBay or a hobby electronics website.

They could be MosFets, buck converters or a number of other chips.
Without being able to see all of the identifying information on the chip, few people could precisely identify the chips or provide a source for them.
I suggest using a magnifying glass or microscope to see the chip information. Once you have it, post it here in a reply.
