You're comparing unlike situations.

 

I say that 12 GB in single channel mode is better than 8 GB in dual channel mode.

 

Naturally, 2 x 4 GB running in dual channel mode is better than 1 x 8 GB in single channel mode.

ther is enough big difference between 2x4 dual and 4+8 gb ram yes i know the ram count is more in 12gb and i can open more applications with 4+8gb but via 2x4 i will get more fps and better stability yes i know there will  be less applications to open
