Hi there,

 

This is my first time posting on the Hp Forums. 

 

I found an old Hp Pavilion g6-2228ca in my closet with a lot of defects and I wanted to bring it back to life.

 

I have been able to buy all the parts and fix everything except one. 

 

The flex/video cable that goes to the screen is missing and I do not know the exact number or detail about it. I already purchased one but that one didn't work.

 

Can someone please link me the correct cable and where I can buy it from?

You can use part number to search online because HP may not stock old part(s) any more.  If part you are looking for was not on the list, it may attach to other part as one unit and you have to buy the whole thing.
