The space bar on my HP Spectra x360 has become very intermittent. I've downloaded and reviewed the maintenance manual. http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05918213.pdf
My laptop has an i7 8550U CPU so I need the Keyboard/top cover for the US model L15588-001.
The maintenance manual does not provide instructions to replace the keyboard/top cover.
I found the following YouTube video from HP that describes the procedure but doesn't look like my laptop and the part being replaced doesn't look like the part in the maintenance manual:

Can anyone provide information on what needs to be done to perform this replacement?
I am comfortable working on laptops and desktop PCs. I've done many repairs for friends and family.
Thanks,
Steve

I found the answer to my question in the following YouTube video:

The person in the video didn't read the HP Maintenance Manual so he had a few problems removing the screen that could have been done more easily. I plan to order the replacement top, and perform the swap. Moving the components from the old top cover looks fairly straight forward.
Hopefully this information helps someone else. Don't forget to check the battery if your system is more than 5 years old.
