Hi,
My chromebook is no longer starting up. After running all the troubleshooting tips on the HP and Chrome websites, such as hard reset, it still does not turn on. I have a warranty remaining, but I can't figure out how to use that warranty to get a new chromebook. HP's website says that my product is no longer in service, but also shows that my warranty is still active. See my screenshot below.
Can anyone help me on what my next steps should be to use my warranty?
Thank you!
