Hi. Battery charge 5% (battery not charging). I understand it's not a working battery. The warranty change to a new one? If so, where?. if warranty case, who will change my battery?

How old is the laptop and the battery? The battery generally carries a 1 year warranty. Since the battery is external customer removeable HP might just send you a replacement if its under warranty.

Make a warranty claim and ask them to send you a replacement battery and you can replace it yourself. Very easy to do.
