Hi, I have a hp 15-ba009dx laptop and I bought 2 8gb ram memories and before buying them I looked for info and in 1 slot I managed to put it but in the second slot I did not succeed because I did not want to fit and I tried to put it with the reverse pins and neither I don't know why and what you can recommend to me

I don't know what your memory bay looks like, but they are generally of two types that have two slots. Once has the slots next to each other. The other has the slots on top of each other.
In the second case, when you insert the first memory stick, you have to push the pins into the connectors and push the module flat until it clicks into place, and is flat. If it is not all the way down, it will prevent you from inserting the second memory stick.
And, they only fit one way -- the slots are coded like that. You can not insert a memory stick the wrong way and have it fit.

In my case both slots go one in front of the other and notice that in the second slot it said (ddr3 rvs 1.5v) and in the first slot both can be inserted correctly but in the second slot you cannot and the ram that I buy are 2 it is the same as in the photo.

OK -- so can insert BOTH memory sticks in one slot, but NEITHER memory stick in the other slot, right?
Don't know what to tell you -- I've never run across a laptop that has slots configured for different kinds of memory.
