Hi @ck1440nw17,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The thickness of the thermal pads for the OMEN 17.3 Inch Gaming Laptop PC can vary depending on the specific model and the components they're meant to cool. However, for many gaming laptops, thermal pads typically range from 0.5mm to 1.5mm in thickness.
To ensure you get the correct thickness for your specific OMEN 17 model, it is best to refer to the service manual or official documentation for your particular laptop model.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Thank you for your reply. But either I didn't read it well or there is no such information in the service book for the laptop. The model of my laptop is Omen 17` ck1440nw with 12700H CPU and 3060 GPU. I will reread everything I could find on this model again.

Hello again. As you advised - I contacted the support specialists via the suggested link. They found out almost my weight, but did not give me an answer referring first to the lack of data about the motherboard, because not HP made it, and when it turned out that the motherboard is still made by HP - they replied that nowhere indicated what thickness of the gasket. How this is possible is beyond my comprehension.
