I've Hp probook 450 G5 i7, so can I upgrade from hdd to a 1tb Crucial P3 1TB PCIe 3.0 NVMe? and which PCIe verions are supported by my PC?

Hi:

 

Yes, your notebook supports NVMe SSD's.

 

See chapter 1 of the service manual for the supported drive configurations.

 

HP ProBook 450 G5 Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide

 

HP only offered NVMe SSD's up to 512 GB in the model series but if you want to install a 1 TB drive, I can't think of any reason why it wouldn't work as well.

 

The 8th Generation Intel Core processor motherboards are PCIe generation 3.0
