Hi, everyone!

I bought an SSD m2 WD gaming NVMe 500GB. But the laptop doesn't see the disk, even in the BIOS. Nvme memory is not supported by this laptop? Thank you!

15-cc5xxx series only supports SATA M.2. 15-cc1xxx and 15-cc6xxx support PCIe/NVME.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you tried with different SSD card?
  • Have you checked with old SSD card?
