Hey people help me out !!
I have a laptop which is 9years old . Not working for the past 3 years.Product:Compaq nx6110
I have some important data and photos in it which i need to extract from it. I requested many technicians nearby, but nothing fruitful . They say that it's a very old model laptop. So they couldn't retrieve . Please help me with your suggestions!

They may have told you that if the disk is not working. What specific reason did they give you?
The manual shows the HDD to be an ULTRA ATA-100 type. That is an IDE interface disk.
That is why. Unfortunately, you can't just put it in an enclosure.

You can try to buy an external HDD case for 2.5 inch IDE disks, like this one:
https://www.amazon.com/Case-2-5in-Drive-Enclosure-External/dp/B07JM9RGWD
put in HDD in this case, and connect via USB to another computer to browse the disk.
Hope this helps you.
