Hi there!! I have an HP ProBook 440 G2 and its battery is stuck at 19 per cent. I drained it to 10 per cent and charged it again but it's stuck at 19%. I even uninstalled the “Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery” and installed it again but still the same issue. I even took my battery out and allowed it to rest at room temperature for two hours but still the same issue is occurring!!! What should I do now??
