Hello
my computers is almost brand new ,used for university ,surfing and that's it.
But I don't know if memory is working normal , when idle its about 60%(2.5 gb usage out of 4gb) and surfing it goes 70-80%.
Is this normal ?

Windows 10 uses lots of memory all the time. I have 8GB in my desktop and even when I'm not doing anything, about half of that is being used at all times. That goes up a lot when I start doing anything demanding.
If you check the settings for performance, you will see that LOTS of processes are running, even when you are not personally doing anything. Those will take up memory resources.
Additionally, Windows Update runs every week and will kick up the memory and disk usage to 100% when it is running -- and there is nothing you can do to prevent that from happening.
