The problem is high temperature of SSD. Both programs (Hard Disk Sentinel and HWMonitor) show that very often SSD temperature reaches 57-64 Celsius degrees (134-147 Fahrenheit degrees) without any disk activity during the laptop is turned on. The laptop was purchased 2 weeks ago and now it's health bar has 97% instead of 100%. Does anyone faced with this problem? What should I do to save my SSD?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Is the computer freezing or are you getting any error?
Are you facing any issues with the computer while using?
Meanwhile, I recommend you download and install HP support assistant and then run all the updates and check if it helps.
Here is how it is done.

@The_Fossette,
Previous night I discovered that this problem occures while charging cable is plugged in. If it is unplugged SSD temperature is about 90-105 F degrees. HP Support Assistant shows that there are no available updates.
Could you or HP Support Team check if other same laptops (cs1003ur) get hot SSD with plugged in charged cable?
Could you tell me, what temperature range is normal for my SSD?
What should I do if SSD condition continues to deteriorate?
The laptop is not freezing and there are no any problems with computer while using it.
Have a nice day!
