From the time I boot my laptop the fan starts to run at very high speed, it is mostly at 2200rpm and goes beyond 3200rpm sometimes. I can always hear some sound from the hard drive also, disk usage also goes to 100% mostly even I don't see any processes running in the background, most processes are of hp and intel. I have attached the photos.

Welcome to the HP Forums!
Thank you for posting your query on this forum, it's a great place to find answers.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.
- When was the last time the computer was working fine?
- Are you facing any overheating issues?
- Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
- Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
While you respond to that, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

It is great to have you back and your patience is greatly appreciated.
I recommend you turn off the "Fan Always On" feature in the BIOS.
Here is how it is done.
- Turn off the computer and wait for 5 minutes.
- Then power on the computer and start tapping F10 key on the keyboard to boot to BIOS.
- Look for the "Fan Always On" feature in the BIOS and disable it.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
