Hi. After replacing the thermal paste, the temperature rose in idle time (from 45 to 60) on the CPU. I used
arctic cooling mx 4. The old one was a little dried up, but not like a stone. the fans are working, the air ducts have been cleaned. I screwed all the screws to the stop. During the game, the temperature rises smoothly. What is the reason?

If the processor temperature rose instead of dropping it could mean that you did not follow the process of redoing the thermal interface material as Arctic Silver described.
You may not have cleaned the processor completely or did not use a proper solvent.
This is how it must be done. Do not use too much!

Depending on the thermal compound it may take up to 200 hours for it to break-in. The temp will drop several degrees over that time.
