Hinge Broken: Unable to open the screen

HP Recommended

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought the laptop in US but using it in Bangalore.

I own a HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0xxx and i have been using it for over a year now. However for the last month, i have noticed difficulty opening and closing the laptop and after searching carefully, i found out that the hinge is broken and some portion of the hinge looks exposed and some portions of the screen case looks a bit exposed also.

I got it repaired by the HP authorized 3rd party service center but it barely lasted for a month. Now they are asking me to contact the HP customer service center to seek further assistance. Please help, I am ready to pay but want the laptop repaired soon.
