Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ey0000 (54J84AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am posting from my HP Envy x360 2-in-1 with a broken screen and split lid due to the hinge failing on Feb. 1, 2025.

 

The laptop is out of warranty but I still have the receipt. The laptop was used normally and I am looking for a resolution.

 

Please help as the laptop is usable but in need of repair due to faulty equipment.
