I have my hp envy 13 ba1xxx 2020 model. I bought it a week back and since the day of the delivery, the hinge was making a kind of clicking noise. There is no significant deformation observed while opening or closing the hinge. It more often when i close the hinge than opening it. I am a bit tensed and even angry on HP's poor product quality for an expensive laptop. please help me asap and advise me.

I would like to know if there is any damage inside the laptop at the seller's part, or its the hinge functioning that's making such sounds like our door hinges. My laptop is HP ENVY 13 BA15051TX
